Hi! I If you ask my friends to describe me, they would probably say I’m curious, open-minded, and somehow always end up making new friends wherever I go.

I’m Janice, 31, from Hamburg, Germany, and I’ll be spending the fall semester at BCIT. I study Business Information Systems and work in the IT field, but outside of work and university you’ll usually find me doing sports, singing, trying new recipes, or planning my next adventure.

For me, a home is not just a place to sleep. I appreciate a clean and respectful environment, good communication, and people who enjoy living together rather than simply sharing a house.

I’m excited to experience Vancouver and would love to find a place that feels welcoming during my time in Canada.
