Hi! I’m Karim, a 21-year-old recent Computer Science graduate from UBC Okanagan and I’ll be starting as a Technology Risk Consultant in Vancouver this September.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and value open communication with roommates. During university I lived both on campus and with roommates, so I’m comfortable sharing a home and being considerate of others’ schedules and space.

I enjoy going to the gym, exploring the city, watching sports, and spending time with friends, but I’m generally pretty quiet during the work week. I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly, and respectful living environment with people who are responsible and easy to get along with.
