【URGENT / 至急お部屋を探しています！】

Hi there! I am a mature Japanese female (40+) urgently looking for a safe and quiet place to stay in Victoria, Vancouver Island, starting from July 9th for 1 to 3 months (flexible length). Since July 9th is approaching very fast, I am highly motivated to move in as soon as possible!

I am looking for a peaceful room in a quiet home (ideally with no small children or dogs) in a safe neighborhood. I prefer a calm environment where I can relax and respect each other’s privacy. Convenient bus access to supermarkets, libraries, and community centers would be wonderful.

People often describe me as mature, polite, and thoughtful. I am extremely clean and quiet. I have extensive experience in house sitting and pet sitting (cats, small animals, birds, and reptiles—excluding snakes and dogs) on an exchange basis. I can also teach Japanese language and culture to anyone interested!

Regarding my budget, if you are open to a light exchange style (like cat sitting or occasional Japanese lessons), I would love to keep the cost under $500/month, fully included. If you prefer a regular room rent without exchange, my maximum budget is up to $700/month, strictly including all utilities and internet.

もし、ペットのいるホストさんでしたら、猫、小動物、鳥類、蛇を除く爬虫類等のお世話も可能です。日本語・日本文化を教えることに関心があるホストさんでしたら、ライトなエクスチェンジ（お手伝い）として、光熱費込み月500ドル以内で滞在させていただけると嬉しいです。もちろん通常のお部屋貸し（光熱費込み月700ドル以下）のオファーも大歓迎です！
