I’m very easy going. Just looking for someone to rent a room who is clean, organized, a professional. Needs to be ok with a dog and my children visiting from time to time.

The room is full furnished, cable, internet, and tv is included. Summer parking outfront but in the winter there is a spot down the street that is unassumed.

In time i would like to widen my driveway in transparency to make it easier to have two cars park in the driveway as i have a truck with a sidewalk currently.
