Hello, FIRST OFF, I’m looking for a LandLord/Lady that has an attached garage I may park and recharge my e-bike inside. I sold my Jeep and will be using an EMMO TROBIC PRO as my main transit for 7 months a year. It uses about $7-8.00 (per month) electricity to recharge the removable battery. My Tenant Insurance will only cover its replacement value if it’s secure indoors overnights. I’m a retired professional. Used to be what is called a “Fixer-GM” for ailing packaging companies. Now I’m Czsa Czsa to my grand kids and a non smoking, black coffee night owl who is training to begin writing short stories on my iPad. Mostly for my grand kids and about our family roots on Hudson Bay back in the 1800’s. When I’m not doing that, most days I cook tasty one-pot recipes developed during years and years of canoe trips across Ontario. Or you’ll find me exploring local parklands for fishing spots to flip-cast while listening to a Blue Jays game. I’m able to share all the background checks and references needed to qualify me as a safe and reliable match for any household to include over the next 12-24 months and more. Currently with my son who is a Toronto Police Constable but I’ve never been a big-city fan for longer than a visit every few months or so. /cheers, GaryK
