Hi there! My partner and I are interested in this room. We’re a couple from Spain, both 30 years old, currently living in Vancouver with valid work permits. We’ve been in Vancouver for 3 years and are now looking to move somewhere quieter, as our current place isn’t the right fit for us.

We work in animation and education and have stable income. We’re quiet, respectful, and responsible tenants who really value a clean and peaceful home. We don’t smoke, don’t party, and enjoy spending our time outdoors or focusing on our hobbies.

We’re looking to move starting July 1st (flexible if needed). Ideally, we’re hoping to stay long-term, but we’re open to starting with a 3–6 month period to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone, with the intention of extending.
