I am an incoming international student at Humber Polytechnic, Lakeshore Campus, for the September 2026 intake. I am looking for a quiet, clean, furnished private room from around early July to late August while I settle in Toronto before classes begin.

I am mature, respectful, tidy, and easygoing. I value privacy, cleanliness, and a peaceful home environment. I do not smoke, and I am looking for a safe and respectful place with clear house rules. I would be happy to provide proof of student status and complete a video call before making any arrangement.
