Hey everyone! I’m a Canadian permanent resident originally from France, looking for a room to rent starting around June 29th, 30th, or July 1st. I travel very light, no furniture, just two sports bags and a backpack (and a bike), so moving in will take me 5 minutes.

I’m looking for a short-term setup first (1 to 3 months) to see how we vibe, but I’m definitely open to staying long-term if it’s a great fit and ultra comfortable.

I work for myself online doing tech/software development and online streaming. Because of this, a high-quality and stable internet connection is a must for me (if I can plug in an Ethernet cable somewhere, that’s absolute paradise!). I do talk out loud at my desk sometimes when streaming, but I’m incredibly flexible with my hours. I always use a headset and I will easily adapt my schedule to your routine so I never disturb your sleep or quiet time.

I’m a very calm, patient, and clean person. I genuinely respect shared spaces, I always clean up my mess right away, and I’m quite mindful of the environment and energy use.

Native French speaker here. My English is a bit “funny” and unique sometimes, but I have no problem communicating and I’m always down for a friendly chat.

Since it’s last minute for July 1st, I have my finances ready and can show proof of funds or pay a bit in advance to secure the spot.
