Hi! We’re a 22 year old couple relocating to Vancouver after spending the past year in Japan on a Working Holiday Visa. We’re originally from Montreal and are returning to Canada to study at Langara College while working part-time.

We’re quiet, clean and respectful. We take good care of shared spaces and are non-smokers. We enjoy a calm lifestyle and spend most of our time studying, exploring the city, or relaxing at home.

Although we don’t have rental history in British Columbia yet, we’ve lived independently and are responsible tenants.
