Yael Ghert

I just finished my third year at UofT studying History. I’m originally from Alberta, so I grew up spending a lot of time in the mountains—hiking, skiing, and biking—and I’m always up for a little nature escape or a city adventure.

For the past few seasons, I’ve worked as a ski instructor. During ski season, I’ve spent many weekends heading out to the smaller mountains around Toronto to teach young kids how to ski, which has been a really fun and rewarding part of my year.

I’m very easygoing and love meeting new people. I also love animals (sometimes more than people haha), so I’m always happy to have little critters around.

I’m clean and considerate, and I enjoy a friendly, social home environment. I’m always happy to host, hang out, or do things together, but I also really value downtime and appreciate a quiet night in.
