Hi! My name is Billie, and I’m a 26-year-old psychology student at Thompson Rivers University. I’m looking for a long-term room in Vancouver or Burnaby with an August 1 move-in date.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. Between school and work, I keep a busy schedule, and I spend most weekends at my boyfriend’s place, so I’m often out of the house. When I’m home, I like a calm, relaxed environment. I always clean up after myself, pay rent and bills on time, and value open communication.

I don’t smoke or have any pets, and I’m looking for a home with like-minded roommates who appreciate a clean, respectful, and drama-free living environment. I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels comfortable and welcoming rather than just a place to sleep.
