Hi ,I’m Donna , I’m looking for short term house. I am currently a co-op student looking for a short-term rental for 2-3 months. My current visa is valid until mid-next year, so I would love to extend the lease if it’s a good fit!
Here are my requirements:
Location: Ideally in East Vancouver, near Commercial-Broadway, Nanaimo, 29th Avenue, or Joyce-Collingwood stations.
Transit: Within a 15-minute walk to a Skytrain station or very close to a major bus stop.
Budget: Under $1,000/month (hopefully inclusive of utilities/hydro).
