I’m looking for a room for a one-year lease. I have a full-time, in-person office job downtown.

I don’t smoke, eat healthy, and do yoga/pilates at home. I have no pets.

I often stay at my partner’s place, so I might only come home on weekends or so.

I’m also a fine art artist and usually paint at home. I make sure to protect all the surrounding surfaces so the place doesn’t get damaged.

I don’t party, go to sleep relatively early, and wake up quite early as well.
