Bonjour, My name is Prasanna. I am looking to rent a room for a 1 year lease with possible extension with parking (please let me know the price). I am a masters student at McGill University and willing to move in from August 1st.

I would like to know the guest policy/visitation and 1 or 2 over night stays(1-2 times a year). Also please let me know if I can take a look at the property tomorrow.
