Hi, I’m a tidy and respectful NAIT student looking to rent a clean room near campus or along the LRT line for an August 1st move-in. I currently work out of town Sunday through Wednesday, meaning I will only be at the house from Thursday to Saturday, and on my days off I’m usually busy with rugby, basketball, and the gym. I am quiet, keep things calm and collected at home, and will not host any overnight guests or parties. I have my damage deposit ready to deploy and would love to schedule a physical viewing for a upcoming Friday, or Saturday!
