Hi everyone! I am looking for a private room in downtown Toronto starting in August 2026.

A little about me:

• University of Toronto MScAC graduate student
• Currently working in Toronto
• Quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful
• Non-smoker
• No pets
• Able to provide proof of enrolment, employment, references, and other documents if needed

My preferences:

• Private bedroom
• Downtown Toronto, preferably near U of T St. George Campus or within about 30 minutes by TTC
• Furnished room preferred
• Laundry available in the building or unit
• Move-in date: No later than Augest 23rd, 2026
• Preferred lease term: August to December 2026, or month-to-month
• Budget: up to $2300 per month, preferably including utilities

I am open to living with students or young professionals. I value a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment.
