Good day, I’m a born-and-raised Torontonian looking for a home-share in the High Park area, if possible. I’m a retired teacher/straight male who taught in both northern communities and Toronto’s inner city, and I also authored a successful educational workbook series for Scholastic. After spending the past four years in Quebec, I recently returned to Toronto and am re-establishing my personal and professional networks. Today I work as a freelance content creator, media producer, and background actor. Together with media royalties and my teacher’s pension, I have a stable and reliable income. Over the years I’ve owned my own home and lived in shared households, so I understand the value of cooperation, respect, and open communication. I take pride in keeping my living space clean, organized, and peaceful, and I enjoy contributing to a positive home environment. Outside of work, I love music, photography, digital art, cooking, mindfulness, and staying active. I’m an animal lover and am always happy to help with pets, gardening, or household chores. A little about me personally: I’m 60 years old, in excellent health, easygoing, sociable, and very young at heart. I’m a non-smoker, an occasional social drinker, and a low-maintenance, considerate housemate. For me, the most important part of a successful home share is simply finding the right fit.
