Hi! My name is Will Parker and I am an incoming graduate student from the United States in the UWinnipeg MESC program. I have lived all over the place from New Mexico to Bhutan, and love to travel. I am LGBT, and am looking for a relaxed, drama free place to live. I’m also interested in renting for a one-year lease starting between August 15 and August 21 before school starts. I am happy to pay pro-rated rent for August to secure the unit. My rent will be fully covered by my graduate scholarships. Since I am moving from abroad, I’m not able to do any tours of places, but am available to call or zoom.
