Daniel Gui

I am Daniel, an incoming transfer student at UBC for my third year of university, previously at Western. I’m looking for a place to live near campus. I’m a clean person who values the wellbeing of those I share spaces with. Some of my hobbies include fitness, sports, gaming, and food. I especially love playing basketball so if you like to hoop we will get along quite well.

Every expectation I have for my roommates I hold to myself to a high degree. Some major expectations I have are the kitchen to be clean nearly immediately after use (this means pans, pots, etc. anything that a roommate may need to use at a moment’s notice), quiet nights, tidy living area. I am a big fan of organizing chores to form a cohesive maintenance team.
