I am interested in renting an apartment for a August move in. I am male, age 28 and I am currently working full-time corporate job. I am a people person for sure, I love having great conversations, trying different cuisines, exploring new places when possible. In my day to day I like to be occupied with my work and I like my alone time as well in my room and unwinding by watching a great series, sitting in my balcony with a great cup of coffee or browsing youtube. I am always a reliable renter with great rental references from the past few years. I am looking for a long term stay option, preferably a one year contract.
