Hi! My name is Josue, I’m a 41-year-old physician from Brazil. I’ll be staying in Toronto for about 4 months while preparing for my medical licensing exams. I’ll spend most of my days studying at libraries or coffee shops, so I’ll be out most of the time.

I’m quiet, respectful, clean, organized, and a non-smoker. I don’t host parties or bring guests over, and I always respect shared spaces and house rules. I’m financially stable and will always pay rent on time.
