Hello! My name is Josue. I’m a 41-year-old physician from Brazil, and I’ll be living in Toronto for about four months while preparing for my medical licensing exams.

During my stay, I’ll spend most of my time studying at libraries, or coffee shops, so I’ll be out for most of the day.

I’m a quiet, respectful, clean, organized, and non-smoking professional. I don’t host parties, rarely have visitors, and always respect shared spaces and house rules. I’m financially stable and have no problem paying rent on time.

I’m looking for a private room in a safe and peaceful home.

My preferred areas are Yonge–Eglinton, Davisville, South Eglinton–Davisville, Chaplin Estates, Deer Park, and Mount Pleasant.
