Hello! I’m highly interested on renting the location. I more than meet all the specifications and requirements you require for renting. I’d like to move on July 24, and would stay from 4 to 6 months. 2. I want to move cause I’m currently living with my sister and want some space for my own, I need some privacy for me and for my girlfriend, who is coming to Vancouver in over 2 months, so that and some other reasons we can talk about are the main why I want to move from my current place to the palace you’re renting. 3. It would be me for the first two months, then, my girlfriend will stay with me from then on. 4. I am quiet, decent, easy-going, nice, patient 24 years recent graduate who is working in an steady job with a construction company, I earn a good income, I’m pretty punctual with payments and everything that requires immediacy. My girlfriend is a 24 years old student/part time worker, who is all I told about myself, but quite much better haha. I can assure you that we’re the best option for you to rent you beautiful place.
