Hi! My name is Matthew and I am a upcoming 5th year student at UBC. I landed a co-op position at the Pacific Forestry Centre starting on September 1st, 2026 and was wondering if this rental is still available. I do not smoke, I do not do cannabis, (however friendly, if you do) and I will be working throughout the day 5 days a week. I am a clean individual and also have experience living with roommates. The co-op position is likely to be from September to December, with possibility of extending to April. Please let me know if such a short term stay is possible.
