Hi, I’m Evan. I’m relocating to Guelph from BC for September and looking for a furnished room, ideally on a 12-month lease.
I’m not a student. I run my own online business, so I’m home during the day but working quietly at a desk. No parties, no noise, no pets, and I’m a non-smoker.
I’m tidy and easy to live with. I clean up after myself, respect shared spaces and other people’s schedules, and keep to myself while still being friendly and sociable. I’m after a stable, long-term place rather than a semester.
Rent is secure since my father is co-signing, and I’m happy to provide references from previous landlords.
Ideally somewhere within about a 15-minute drive of the University of Guelph. I’ll have my car with me, so a parking spot is important.
