Hey, I’m Dylan. I’m moving to Toronto this September to start a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering at TMU and I’m looking to live in the range of the Church/Gould street campus. I’m anticipating a 2-year term length, with an ideal move in at the start of September. I’ve just finished my degree at Western Uni, where I was renting for a few years. I’ve got funding & a TA gig so I’ll be good for rent.

I’m not a difficult roommate, honestly. I’m clean, and even if I come home a bit late from the lab I do my best to keep quiet. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I won’t be grinding coffee at 5am. Hobbies-wise, I’m an avid guitar player (I can do this through headphones when others are around) and I love to build projects (though that’s mostly contained to the machine shop).

Budget aiming for ~$1,000-$1,350 all-in.
