Hi, we are a friendly and responsible Irish couple relocating to Vancouver in October 2026 on valid Canadian work permits.

I work in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT, and my partner works in finance/admin. We are quiet, clean, respectful and non-smoking. We can provide identification, employment information, savings evidence and references when required.

We are looking for a private, self-contained one-bedroom apartment, basement suite or garden suite suitable for a couple. We are not looking for separate rooms or a large shared house.

We are considerate of neighbours, take good care of where we live and are hoping to find a comfortable, well-maintained home for a longer-term stay. Our preferred move-in date is October 1, 2026, although we may have some flexibility.
