Hey,

My name’s Alex (30M), and I’m moving back to Nanaimo to continue working full time, after completing my Bachelor’s degree at UVic.

What I’m looking for: A month-to-month rental — a furnished, private bedroom in a home-share situation (ideally with a queen or double mattress + bed frame & a place to store my belongings). I’m comfortable sharing a bathroom, need a parking space and access to in-unit laundry.

About me: I’ve lived with other people for most of my life, so I know what it takes to help foster a healthy, positive household dynamic. I respect people’s boundaries and value living in a clean, quiet, and respectful space. Around the house, I love to cook, am open to chatting and hanging out, and also enjoy just relaxing in my room. I like being outside, whether that’s walking, hiking, cycling, paddle boarding, and more.

Budget: $1000/month (flexible if it’s the right fit)

Length of stay: 2 months to start (and maybe longer depending on how well things work out)

Move-in: Able to move in immediately, or by August 1st
