I am a gay single 34 year old male. Going back to school at VIU, taking the hairdresser course. I have an older cat that is quite and friendly. Looking for a peaceful and nice place to live. I am a great roommate, easy going and pretty much keep to myself. Currently I am renting a room from a lady in Nanaimo, but she needs my room as her mother will be moving in with her. I have been with living with her for over 2 years. So this is going to be a change for me. But change is good, right? New place and new career. I’m excited. I am very clean, tidy and responsible. I get along with most people. Not into partying, just really want to focus on my education. I will still do landscaping part-time. Look forward to meeting my new roommate(s). Thanks, Ryan
