Hello :) I’m a 35-year-old self-employed woman looking for a quiet room with en-suite bath, preferably a basement with a separate entrance, but I’m flexible. I’m a graduate of Western University hoping to find a calm and peaceful environment to do my work from home. I’ve been self-employed since 2018. I keep to myself, am very quiet, and don’t party. I very rarely entertain guests. I’m a non-smoker with no pets, and I’m very clean and tidy.
