I am a friendly individual, who lives a quiet and simple life I work 10 hour days and am looking for my own space. Currently living in Burnaby but I’m looking to return to the north shore on a month to month rent agreement

I am busy and active around my job I am hiking, camping, paddle boarding and out at the beach whenever! I’m looking for a peaceful place that I can come home. I’m not a party type and I want the perfect balance between social and privacy within a shared space which I have had no trouble with. It’s important that the home is taken care of and cleaning task fairly distributed among the people who live in it i have been lucky with the people I have lived with so far. I feel it’s important to respect our space
