Waiting for a renovation starting early Aug. on my house in Ladner to be done maybe by end of sept. Or mid Oct. I want to work in yard there and be close by. Love animals but currently no pets. Always a non smoker. One son and family live out of town. School will be in and they won’t be down for awhile. Our other adult son is in Richmond and usually we visit on the weekend for a bit. I go to his place too sometimes to visit. Family around, just a bit further away.
