Hi! I’m a university instructor and a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant. I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent on time, and value open and considerate communication with the people I live with. I have a busy work schedule, so I spend most of my time teaching, preparing classes, reading, or relaxing. I’m friendly and enjoy getting to know my housemates, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. I’m a non-smoker, tidy, and easy to live with.
