My name is Yuxuan Han, and I’m writing to introduce myself as a prospective tenant for the room at The Residences at Nobel Park.

I am an international student from China, currently enrolled in the Applied Science program at the University of British Columbia, restarting as a first-year student this September. I am looking for a quiet, stable place to live for the academic year while I focus on my studies.

A bit about my daily routine and habits:

• I keep a consistent schedule — usually asleep by 11:00–11:30 PM and awake by 7:00–7:30 AM.
• I shower every day.
• I mostly eat simply during the week and only cook proper meals on weekends.
• I do not smoke or drink, and I have no pets.
• I understand and agree to the house rules, including no smoking/alcohol on the premises and no overnight guests or late-night parties.

Regarding the lease term, I would like to move in around August 31 or September 1, and my planned move-out date is April 27 (following the end of the winter exam period). Let me know if this timeline works with your availability.

Could you also clarify who currently lives in the other bedroom — is it a family renting the unit together, or a separate individual tenant? Just want to have a clear picture of the living situation before moving forward.

I am a responsible, quiet, and tidy tenant, and I’d be happy to provide proof of enrollment, references, or proof of funds if needed. I’d also welcome the opportunity to view the unit at your convenience.
