Hello there this is Tandin, I am looking for a place for my friend(female) who will be moving to study at Ontario tech university in September, near the university and it’s vicinity .I’ll be helping out with the downpayment and act as her guarantor. If it’s possible I can come to check the place out on Saturdays , I live in Scarborough (finch & warden) and will be communing via go bus so I’ll be there for a listing around 11.30 am on Saturday(s).
