I’m easygoing, responsible, and keep common areas tidy. I’m studying for my Real Estate license. I spend a lot of my free time at the gym, drumming on my e-kit, or learning about health, science, and technology. I’m generally pretty quiet at home and appreciate a relaxed, drama-free environment.

I’m looking for roommates who are respectful, communicate well, clean up after themselves, and are considerate of shared spaces. I don’t mind people having friends over occasionally, but I’m not looking for a party house.
