Hi, my name is Ben Guenther. I’m looking for a room to rent while I attend Northwest Polytechnic this September. Ill be studying full time and am looking for a place to stay for the school year. I’m a quiet, respectful, and clean person who keeps to himself. I don’t smoke, I don’t party, and I take good care of the place I live. I’m responsible and always pay my rent on time. My rent will be covered through Alberta’s Foundational Learning Assistance Program, so you can count on reliable monthly payments.
