Hi! My name is Fernando, and I’m an international student from Mexico. I’ll be studying Outdoor Recreation Management at Capilano University.

I’m a respectful, clean, organized, and easygoing person. I enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, reading, and exploring nature. During the week, I’ll be focused on my studies, so I usually keep a quiet lifestyle and value a peaceful home environment.

I’m responsible with shared spaces, clean up after myself, and believe good communication is the key to living well with roommates. I’m friendly and enjoy getting to know new people, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.
