I am a quiet 46 year old man who has just run into some unfortunate luck with housing since I was living with a parent who got extremely sick. I also lost my job but am on Ontario Works and they would help me pay for first and last months rent to move in and cover monthly rent after that. I’m in the process of finding work again but I just need a place to live urgently until I can. I have no criminal record and my past credit Isnt the greatest but I always pay my rent and could get references if needed. Again I am a quiet older man who doesn’t party or anything, no drugs or drinking. Just like my quiet time and space and never will cause any issues. I’m very mature and very respectful.
