Hi! I’m a Mechanical Engineering student at UBC Okanagan looking for a place to stay in the eastern part of Welland while I complete my internship with INNIO.

I’m Filipino, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink, and only occasionally go out. I’ll be working full-time at INNIO, so I’ll spend most weekdays at work and enjoy a quiet, relaxing home environment afterward.

In my free time, I enjoy binge-watching TV shows, painting, and crocheting. I value open communication, keep shared spaces tidy, and am considerate of others. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly home where everyone respects each other’s space.
