I am a single 32 year old Canadian-born female working full-time as a security officer with AHS (proof of employment and paystubs available). I own a well behaved healthy senior cat who is diligently litter trained (can be mean to other cats but comically friendly with humans and polite with dogs). I am looking for a place for August 15, on which day I can pay both first month’s rent and deposit. I work and sleep a lot and am very diplomatic and am good at keeping common spaces tidy. Looking to live with another civil mature person/people in a cat positive space.
