Hi! I’m Farhaan, a Computer Science student at Sheridan College. I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant who values a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

I always clean up after myself, respect shared spaces, and am considerate of my roommates’ schedules and privacy. I’m easygoing, communicate well, and believe that mutual respect is the key to a great living arrangement. I don’t host loud parties or create unnecessary noise, and I take pride in keeping the home tidy and organized.

Most of my time is spent studying, working on projects, or attending classes, so I generally have a quiet lifestyle. I’m reliable with rent and household responsibilities, and I’m always willing to help keep the house running smoothly.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful home with like-minded roommates, and I would prefer living in a male-only household. My goal is to contribute to a friendly, cooperative, and comfortable environment where everyone respects each other’s space and feels at home.
