A bit about my living habits: I cook using a rice cooker (mostly simple boiled meals), keep my space clean and organized, and travel light with just two trolleys and work essentials (laptop, tablets, phones). I have a car and would greatly appreciate the available parking.

Regarding smoking: while I don’t drink or smoke weed, I do occasionally smoke cigars or cigarettes during client visits. I’m fully respectful of shared spaces.
