I am an incoming Civil Engineering PhD student at UBC, looking for a comfortable and respectful home for the academic year. I am responsible, clean, organised, and considerate of shared spaces. I spend most of my time studying, working on research, or on campus, so I appreciate a quiet environment, especially during the evenings.

I am friendly and enjoy talking or occasionally sharing a meal with roommates, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal routines. I do not smoke, I am not a party person, and I believe that clear communication and keeping common areas tidy are essential for a good living arrangement.

I am looking for a long-term rental starting around September 1 and would be happy to live with other students or young professionals.
