Hello, I’m a 23 year old White Canadian male looking for a room to rent for the upcoming academic year. I am starting my first year at the University of Calgary, studying statistics. I have some sports/outdoors interests such as biking and hiking, and more recently martial arts and the gym, but mostly I like to spend a lot of time in my room.

All I really need to be happy is a private space with a bed and room for my desk and computer. I prefer it when there’s no ambiguity surrounding mutual expectations for cleanliness, quiet hours, privacy, shared spaces, or whatever other issues might arise between roommates. If we can be friends, that’s great too. Cheers.

(My budget isn’t flexible above $1000/month and proximity to the University is a priority for me.)
