Hello, I’m a 23 year old White Canadian male looking for a room to rent for the upcoming academic year. I am starting my first year at the University of Calgary, studying statistics. I like to spend a lot of time in my room, and I like to be clean and quiet, but I do also have some sports/outdoors interests and hobbies. All I really need to be happy is a private space with a bed and room for my desk. I prefer it when there’s no ambiguity surrounding mutual expectations for cleanliness, quiet hours, privacy, shared spaces, or whatever other issues might arise between roommates. If we can be friends though, that’s great too. Cheers.
