David Price

My name is David Price. I am a 58 year old single man who works full time for the City of Toronto. I can pay two months in advance and provide proof of employment.

I make $70K+ a year, but I’m looking to put my stuff in storage and move asap and stay for two to six months while I look for something more appropriate. I want to take my time to look and save funds to do that.

A bit about myself: I’m an introverted nerdy (sci-fi fan), sensitive person. I’m triracial - black, brown and white - but I was adopted by white folks - so I’m really just - Torontonian. I plan to write and watch my shows and that’s about it.

I’ve been in social services supporting people with mental illnesses + homelessness for the last 14 years. I’m enrolled in a counselling course starting in September for my part time BSW degree program, so that’ll take my spare time combined with looking for a new place.

I work 8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday and commute by bicycle. In the past, I’ve worked as a lighting technician in TV/film production, studied psychology and theatre, and I was a high rise window cleaner for eight years. I’m pretty easy going. I’ve learned to work with all kinds ;)
