As a healthcare professional, I’m looking for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home within walking distance of North York General Hospital or Bessarion subway station, with a preferred move-in date of September 1. I have a stable schedule, pay our bills on time, and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. I am easy to communicate with, considerate of our neighbors, and enjoy a good balance of socializing while respecting each other’s privacy. I do not need a parking space.
