I am looking for a 2 bedroom private suite walking distance to VIU, elementary school and supermarket. My niece’s family are non smokers, non drinkers and a quiet studious family. The mother, my niece Judilyn, is taking a 2 year masters degree in business administration at VIU. Husband Jay is looking to work full time. They have 3 children; 8, 10 and 11 who will attend the nearby elementary school. The other renter is an 18 year old great niece studying nursing at VIU. Feel free to ask other questions.
