Hi! My name is Alia, I’m 18 and turning 19 in October, and I’m currently a Computer Science student at VIU. I would be renting the place with my friend Sabreanne, who is 23 and also studies at VIU in the Culinary Arts program. We would be occupying the two bedrooms, one each.
We’re both responsible, clean, and respectful tenants, and we’re looking for a comfortable place where we can stay while continuing our studies. We’re both quiet and take good care of the space we live in.
