I’m getting to that age where peace is prefered. I’m 40 years old male. mature and professional. I don’t party, drink, or do any drugs. Most of all I’m raised European so I clean up after myself and keep things tidy. I am more quiet and reserved. Looking for a good match, with like-minded people. 1 vehicle. No pets, non smoker of any kind.

I am on semi-disability, means I only work part-time. But I also get out of the house for physiotherapy sessions and exercises and such. But even when in the room, I use headphones so there is no noise or music bothering anyone else. I also don’t cook much, so I won’t be needing the kitchen too often, mostly microwave. I do not bring people over for anything to the house. It is for my exclusive living.

My mom lives on Foster St in White Rock, and she’s getting old and insists I move closer to her in order to assist in her occasional needs. So a White Rock or South Surrey location is most preferable.
