Busy all the time and used to being out of the house 7 days a week but also value restful nights and take my cleaning duties seriously

Been renting for over 6 years. Lived on my own paying $1000+ a month for rent for 3 years. Lived with roommates paying $600 a month to live in a garage for 2 years now.

Don’t smoke, drink, or party — I love working, doing acting, being out of the house

Budget: $600–$900 CAD including utilities (depending on the place, amenities, and number of roommates, I could consider going a bit higher — let’s talk)

Move-in: August 15 preferred

Contract type: Ideally month-to-month, but flexible
